    Bellroy done did it again
After having had the Classic Backpack Plus for a number of years and having used it a ton I came to the point that I have finally outgrown the bag. Originally I wanted the Transit 28L but, it was either sold out or I had watched one too many YouTube reviews that complained about a feature or two. As soon as I made the decision to move on, I immediately went back to the Transit 28l. I have not traveled with it yet, but have practice packed it a few times and have used it for commuting. Like a bunch of reviews that are out there, I have found that the hidden water bottle pockets aren’t necessarily useless but they do take up too much space on the interior of the bag. If anything either just use one pocket for a water bottle and use the other as storage for something else or don’t carry anything bulky in them at all. As a non-minimalist packer (For a minimalist/ one bag traveler, I would recommend the 38L), I have found that the bag can easily hold three days of clothes (fresh top, bottom, undies and socks) as well as a pair of low top sneakers. Take away the shoes and you could easily gain another day or two of clothes. This of course also depends on the climate that you are traveling to and from. As far as storage and organization goes, there are not a ton of pockets or sleeves to get in the way. The front panel has a few inside zippered sleeves and a pocket on the exterior. The main compartment is just an open space perfect for using packing cubes. The “tech” area is a laptop sleeve and pocket for chargers and the like. Besides the water bottle pockets, everything else in this bag feels very well thought out and executed. Like all the other Bellroy products that I own and use this is a well made product made from sustainable materials with a premium look. I highly recommend this bag and all things Bellroy.** I have now officially travelled with the bag and here is my experience. Love it. As I suspected, using the water bottle pocket to actually hold a water bottle doesn’t work. The “hide it away” design causes it to take up interior space might work for disposable or collapsible bottle but not a reusable one. I ended up using it to hold my sunglasses with the hard case and left the other one empty. Depending on how you pack it and the airline (or where you sit on the plane), you might have an issue with it fitting under the seat in front of you. At the beginning of my first trip, I over packed this bag (I do that) and it wouldn’t fit under the seat so I tossed it in the overhead bin. Afterwards I re-organized and it fit perfectly.

    Worth it
This backpack is worth it but there could be some better options from bellroy depending on what your looking for.I personally preferred the smaller size of the transit workpack but I bought this one specifically because it had the sternum strap, making it more secure on my motorcycle. This one is much bulkier which allows it to store more but as a college student it’s not necessary. Also, the straps are too small and it’s most notable when you fill up the backpack all the way. Otherwise it’s not very bad when carrying a normal load. For traveling it will hold a decent amount of stuff and the way it opens makes it easy to pack, but bellroy’s duffel would fit more and be more comfortable for anything more than an overnight stay IMO.The laptop pocket is a good size and for reference it could just barely fit my Acer predator Helios 300 (not comfortably). When raining I noticed nothing inside my bag got wet either.QC must’ve missed this but one of the zipper pulls was loose and fell out one day, fortunately customer service was amazing and immediately sent me a replacement. I received it a week after contacting them and they replied to my email overnight!Overall the bag is great and I don’t regret buying it despite the high price tag. I can also stay relaxed knowing if something goes wrong customer service is easily accessible.

Great daily use and travelling backpack.
I love the carefully thought out location of zippers and storage compartments that make accessing high use items very easy. The outer design is minimalist and clean. The bottle compartments on the two sides are great and fit my flask very easily. The only thing I dislike is the apparent feebleness of the chest strap, I’m always worries that it will fall off. The chest strap is attached using a magnet and is not very sturdy.

    Amazing quality
Amazing quality. The bag feels premium. Shoulder straps do run small in length so if you are bigger in size, this may not be as comfortable. IMO.Solid bag!!

    AMAZING!
I packed for a 10 day European trip in this bag! It looks and feels amazing, plus you can pack a lot! I love this bag. So far I have used it only for traveling and LOVED it. My husband has the same brand and he uses it every single day for work. We both are big fans of these bags and highly recommend them. We have been extremely happy with our purchases.

A great everyday bag as well!
I ordered the Transit bag for travel. But with my trips cancelled due to COVID, I decided to give this a trial run as an everyday bag. I love it. I used to only use messenger bags for work, but this has now become my daily use bag!The quality of the fabric is great! The laptop sleeve is very nice. I like the thick padding of the accessory pocket so it’s contents don’t scratch up my laptop. The zippers are quality and so are the buckles.

    The Perfect Pack
I have multiple packs for different uses cases, and searched extensively for something large enough for a full day in NYC, and for travel, but not too large. I bought and returned 2 different bags from Aer, and some from other brands. From the minute it arrived, I know the Bellroy Transit 28 was a winner: perfect size, light weight, good water resistance. After a month of heavy use, I’m still in love….

    Great Bag
I love the bag. It’s almost perfect aside from a couple things. The interior and exterior fabric is exceptional, as are the zippers. The size is about perfect for my needs, which is a small travel bag to accompany a larger roller bag. I needed a nice looking bag to carry into business meetings and it fills that roll perfectly. That said there are a few things it lacks. First, it needs a luggage strap. I don’t understand why they didn’t include one. The top glasses pocket is too shallow. I can make it work but it really should be a little larger. On the front pocket, I like the vertical zip, but maybe add an additional zipper pocket inside it to keep things from falling out.

Excelentes materiales y diseño, única desventaja del Nylon azul es que el agua no resbala y se queda estancada en la tela.Los Straps no son para nada incómodos como otras reseñas sugieren

The description says it’s “brand new,” but it isn’t. It’s a returned item, with no tags and the plastic wrapping is torn.

Rien à redire, il est pratique en day to day et en voyage, il protège bien. Attention il est resistant à la pluie mais pas waterproof 🙂

Please note that this review is subject to change, as I have only used the backpack for a few weeks. I will address the three main factors that should be considered in a backpack:**Comfort**: The backpack is quite comfortable. I have not experienced any discomfort from the straps on my shoulders or back. Additionally, it is well-ventilated and does not cause excessive heat buildup on my back.**Material**: Considering the use of recycled materials, I am impressed with how sturdy and elegant the backpack both looks and feels. However, given that this is a €300 product, I expect the highest standards of quality. Unfortunately, after just two weeks, I noticed a loose string coming off the logo, which is disappointing. I’m left wondering how to address this issue—should I cut it or burn it?**Space**: The backpack offers ample space without compromising its form or aesthetic. It also features numerous hidden pockets, making it easier to organize belongings effectively.Overall, it is a very good choice for everyday use, work, and travel.
